Just thought I’d let you guys know.. I lost track of days
I think I’ll do quitting journals weekly from now on.. I forget to do them so much anyway.
Well the worst is over. Urges are far spread apart during the day. I looked at a whole wall of cigarettes at Albertsons this morning while commenting on the different flavor and didn’t really feel the a need or a want to smoke.

Anyway, yesterday (day 8) was pretty fun. Went to the mall with the fam, and bought some new clothes (oh and @adrianangelo, I look exactly like you now >.>) Had another BBQ party, since my mom bought too much last time, which was 2 days ago. So I’ve had korean bbq for dinner for the past like 3 days.
Today was also pretty fun. Went to @ikeepbelieving’s house with @dokisays, @orivia, and @rubiksguitarist for brunch. Then went to the mall to do some shooting. Anyway, ended up eating majorly spicy food that hurt so good and felt euphoric. But now I feel all burnt out because of that. Well, it was worse about 2 hours ago, but I’m recovering it now.
Half way to crucial point of 2 weeks.
Urges are less frequent now, maybe because I keep myself busy. Just that sudden feeling at the end of the day (actually not even. I forgot about it until now.) Coughing a lot more (from lungs clearing up), left calf is sore from cramping at least once a day, but I didn’t have any cramps today so far. I also noticed I’ve been increasing the amount I write. Also noticed that falling asleep is easier now.
Yay for noticeable improvements!
